No Job or Placement Guarantee

Submitting a job opening or a resume through this site does not promise that any candidate will be presented to you or hired onto your payroll. Using the site does not create an employment relationship between you and any candidate or between you and Talent Strand. A hire happens only after both you and the candidate agree to employment terms.

Recruitment Services Agreement

Recruitment services are provided only after you and Talent Strand sign a separate written agreement for a specific search. That agreement sets out the roles, fees, timelines, and any other terms that apply to the search. Site use alone does not start a recruitment engagement. You may request a written agreement by contacting us.

Candidate Fees

Candidates never pay a fee to Talent Strand. You, the employer, pay all fees under the separate written agreement if you choose to use our services. A candidate is never asked to pay for introductions, interviews, or job offers made through Talent Strand.
