We recruit for roles you cannot post, and the job may be advertised without your company name, or it may never be advertised at all. That means our team reaches out directly to people who have not applied, and they learn your company name only after they sign a nondisclosure agreement and finish a first interview with us. On your side, a small circle knows about the search. That circle often includes the hiring manager, one HR leader, and the executive who approved the search.
This method fits a few specific situations. You may have an underperforming leader who still occupies the role. You may be expanding into a new state or market before any announcement. You may be building a stealth product team. You may be planning succession for a retiring owner or long-time executive. Leadership changes and market entry often need this quiet approach. Talent Strand handles the outreach while you keep running the business.

- You are opening a new facility in another state and need a plant manager before the announcement.

- You have a controller who plans to retire in six months and you need a successor to learn the systems before the retirement.
- You are entering a new market and need a sales leader to start before your competitors know you are coming.

How it runs
Define the role quietly
You tell us the title, pay range, location, and the skills that matter. We write a position description without your company name. A small group from your side reviews it. We agree on what a candidate may hear before the NDA goes out.
Source without the name
We search our network and approach people who match the role. We do not post the job with your company name. If we post at all, we use a generic company description. Candidates who show interest move to a first call with us.
NDA and first interview
A candidate signs a nondisclosure agreement before we reveal your company name. Then we run a first interview with the candidate. Only after that interview and your approval do we share the candidate's full background with you.
Run interviews and make an offer
You interview the strongest candidates. We handle scheduling, feedback, and the offer. The person you hire goes onto your payroll as a regular employee. We stay in touch through the start date.
